Chattanooga Half Ironman 70.3 with Mended Little Hearts

A few months ago, my friend Norm, invited me to train with him for the 2016 Chattanooga Half Ironman.  When he told me that it was a charity called Mended Little Hearts and that I would run in honor of his little boy, Witt, I couldn’t say no.  Witt received a heart transplant shortly after he came into this world.  This kid is the most positive fighter I have ever met.  I am honored to have a small part of this journey for raising awareness about heart diseases and healthy heart lifestyles.  Here is a little video that highlights a small portion of Witt’s journey:

Follow me through the ups and downs of training as I run for people like Witt Deane, Jody McBrayer and Andrew Bolin.
